Amber and Jason met in September 2005. Jason was meeting up with some old high-school friends he hadn't seen in years, just coming from a wedding in Leesburg, Virginia.  Amber was hanging out with her college roommate.  Jason headed to LuLu's, a mardi gras club, in Washington, DC. Shortly after arriving, he met Amber.  They kept in touch and had their official first date in October.

They went to Jason's favorite apple orchard near his house in Hume, Virginia. Later that night, they went to a halloween party in Vienna where Jason was Hugh Heftner and Amber and her roommate were playboy bunnies.

Five years later, their relationship is stronger than ever and they are both so excited to share the moment with friends and family.

Amber Vargo

Born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, attended Wilkes-Barre Academy and Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory schools. She is also a Georgetown University graduate with a BS in Business, and is currently attending New York University for her MBA. Amber has worked in finance for the past 5 years in New York City and recently purchased her first home in NEPA, Project Hillside.

Jason Miller

Born and raised in Virginia, growing up in Woodbridge, Virginia. Attended Potomac Senior High school in Dumfries Virginia and later achieved several computer certifications in web design and networking, attended Strayer University, and Drexel University. Owns and operate Weekend Oasis Vacation Rentals, LLC and currently working for a start-up internet company during the day.

Oliver Miller

Born in Pennsylvania and currently traveling between northeast Pennsylvania, Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and New York City, Oliver is our 2-year old pug and favorite companion. He enjoys removing the stuffing out of toys, and licking faces. His favorite activity is sleeping.

Bernard Miller

The newest addition to our family, is our 10 month old Boston Terrier, Bernard.  Bernard is more like a cat, which is evident in his sleeping positions, and playful attitude.
